Om je in te schrijven voor een les die aangekondigd is in de meetup-groep, vul je onderstaand formulier in. (Volg je nog een keer een les in de toekomst, hoef je dit formulier niet opnieuw in te vullen.)
Je naam en adres zet ik op de factuur, en ik stuur deze factuur naar je e-mailadres, nadat ik je betaling ontvangen heb. Ik zal je gegevens niet voor andere doeleinden gebruiken, en zal ze ook niet met derden delen.
Als je vooraf nog vragen hebt, neem dan alsjeblieft contact met me op, via dit formulier of via een Meetup-bericht.
